ADC Portfolio Night | Berlin

Campaign Design, 2015
Role: Creative Direction, Art Direction
Agency: McCANN
ADC Portfolio Night is a global event dedicated to advice, networking, and recruitment, happening simultaneously in cities worldwide every May. Think of it as New Year’s Eve, but tailored for the next generation of talent entering the advertising industry. Organized by the Art Directors Club New York, it brings together the best of today — renowned international creative directors — to mentor the best of tomorrow — aspiring young creatives — in advertising hubs across the globe.
In 2015, the event took place in Berlin, hosted by McCANN, where I was working at the time. My role was to create the complete design identity for the event under tight deadlines. This included developing a hero poster, postcards, flyers, personalized t-shirts, badges, cups, signage, stamps, menus, an event app, and more.
The editorial version of the poster was featured in online and print publications such as PAGE, W&V, Superior Magazine, and brandeins.
At the heart of the visual design was Berlin’s iconic TV Tower, located at Alexanderplatz. The geometric rhombus shapes and intersecting lines complemented the design language of the ADC Portfolio Night logo, creating a cohesive and striking visual identity.
